To work out which size fits you, please

1.

Measure the person’s chest measurement in inches / cm.

2.

Take an existing comfortably fitting garment that is similar to the one you are purchasing.

Lay it flat on a table surface and measure it across the chest area, under the armpits. Multiply this x 2 to get the FABRIC WIDTH of the garment.

Then measure its length.

3.

Match those measurements to the sizes in the CHART  - PLEASE DO NOT specify s, m, l, xl etc as I'm sure you've found out every shop, manufacturer and countries size specifications are totally different!!

4.

REMEMBER TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

A child's growth.

All Parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Your UK Recorded items are covered for up to £30 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or damage.

USA / Australia and the Rest of the World usually about 10 days, but can take 5 – 20 days.

Most European Countries usually about 4 -7 days.

All Parcels are sent Royal Mail International Airmail Delivery (not insured or signed for) To be sure you item arrives with you and has insurance cover we recommend at ‘check out’ adding one of the optional postal services. We get proof of sending for all items sent overseas, but in the event of loss or damage the responsibility would be with you, for not adding the optional postal services available. We have never yet had packages going missing from the 100’2 we have sent overseas, but there is always a first time! Items do get stolen or go missing in the mail.

UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - For £500 maximum compensation per price for loss/damage. Prices for a single purchase of a bag, t shirt or hoody will add £5.35 to the cost for this service. If you are buying multiple items, contact us for prices as they are weight dependant.

Worldwide - Optional International Recorded Delivery (signed for) and Airsure, swifter delivery times (International Track and Trace) are available should you wish to choose any of these methods. International Signed For - Confidence and re-assurance of having your mail signed for on delivery, just about anywhere in the world. It's a relatively low price to pay for peace of mind.

Damaged Goods - Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. If this is the case, please return them using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods within 48 hours of receipt. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered.

Non Faulty & Non Damaged Goods - If you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged then you should do so within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be unopened and undamaged in which case a refund less the cost of postage will be made. If you have ordered the wrong size, we are under no obligation to exchange or replace any item – but may do so at our discretion. We may ask for some monetary contribution towards the remake and replacement postage costs. Please remember, that all products are made to order and we do not carry any items in stock. Therefore the chance of someone requesting your error size and colour and garment may be very slim, for us to use again.

Do not iron directly on top of design - except on reverse of garment. High temperatures for long periods with tumble drying can cause shrinkage occasionally over continuous use – just like all clothes.

The applied CNC graphics do withstand high wash temperatures, tumble drying and dry cleaning however and can be supplied on work-wear, overalls etc, designed to withstand high wash temperatures. Please enquire.

We prefer to have vector based images with the text converted to curves e.g. Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator files etc.

However if your image is in a Bitmap format e.g. JPEG, GIF or TIFF format it helps if it can be supplied as a high-resolution images to create your design with. Images "lifted" from the internet are usually low resolution and not suitable. Please Scan your image at 200-300dpi and save it as a .jpg image or supply an image direct from your digital camera in jpg format. We can also accept .bmp .eps .tif  .doc .ai  .cdr and most other file formats. Ideally vector based files would be great.
