We Aim To Provide You With Not Only Quality Products But Also A Friendly & Efficient Service But We Can Make Mistakes & Sometimes Things Outside Our Control Conspire To Cause Problems So Please Get In Touch ASAP If Things Are Not Right

 

Damaged Or Wrong Products?

 

Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. It may be that you have received an incorrect item or quantity.

 

 

You must inform us by email within 7 days of receipt to instigate a replacement being sent.

 

Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange product you require.

 

Should a problem such as these occur we may, at our discretion, ask you to return them using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods within 7 days of receipt along with postage compensation. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered.

 

 

Non Faulty / Undamaged Items

 

If you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged then you should do so within 7 days of arrival. The goods must be unopened and undamaged in which case a refund less the cost of postage will be made. This does not apply to items which have been Custom Made especially for you

 

All Products that have designs applied are custom made specifically for you and under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we are under no obligation to agree to such items being returned or refunds made even though at our discretion we may do so

 

 

Please remember, that all products are made to order and we do not carry any items in stock. Therefore the chance of someone requesting your error size and colour and garment may be very slim, for us to use again especially if it has been personalised for you.

 

Please advise within 3 days of receipt of any problems and we will try & help resolve the problem.

 

Wrong Size Items?

 

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are again under no obligation to exchange or replace any item as all products with a design applied are custom made for you and us such is exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations ...BUT we may do so at our discretion however we may ask for some monetary contribution towards the remake and replacement postage costs.
