Shipping is primarily calculated on the total weight & volume of the items in an order. We could like many others profit from charging a flat rate per item or load an items price. But we don't think that's very fair for our customers.
When you place an item in the shopping basket you can go to 'View Cart' - put in your UK postcode or country name - and select your preferred shipping method - click the 'quote button' and the shipping cost will display.
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Items destined for the UK will be sent by Recorded Delivery - this means someone must sign for the package when it is delivered and items are covered for up to £34 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or damage.
Sometimes it can be prudent to talk to your postman and tell them you are expecting a parcel or make sure you leave a visible note on the door authorizing them to leave it say with a neighbour or another safe place if possible.
It may be possible to have the order delivered to your work address if allowed ensuring someone is around to sign for it? NB You can select an Alternative Delivery Address in Checkout.
If you are not in your Postman might leave it with a neighbour or they SHOULD leave you a card telling you that a parcel is at your local sorting office awaiting collection. Sometimes they 'forget' to do this!
As a guideline shipping / delivery times, from when we have posted your order take 80% of UK address’s take about 1 day, but can take between 2 - 7 days.
Please let us know if your order is over 5 days late. Please allow for Adverse Weather Restrictions, Industrial Disputes etc that may be affecting systems in some areas.

Please get in touch with us and we will give you the tracking number or we will check on the Royal Mail website for you to see if they have attempted to deliver it or what the current status is.
You can easily click here Track and Trace to visit the Royal Mail website to confirm the status of your item, or call Royal Mail on 0845 9272 100, when we give you the ‘Track and Trace’ number.
We would also suggest you contact your local sorting office ASAP, Ring, Visit, Take ID, proof of address etc with you even if you cannot find a card (quite common, especially with temporary staff). Please note that Royal Mail only hold Recorded Signed For™ items for SEVEN DAYS before returning them to their sender. Any redelivery date must be within seven days of the first delivery attempt. So please don't leave it too late to let us know.
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. All Parcels are sent either by DHL or Royal Mail International Airmail Delivery and we get Customs & Excise proof of sending for all items sent overseas.
Most European Countries usually about 4 -7 days. Please let us know if your order is over 10 days late
USA / Australia and the Rest of the World usually about 10 days, but can take 5 – 20 days. Please let us know if your order is over 20 days late
